Our Spring Fling is a family event - bingo, concessions, sock hop, book fair, hair painting, silent auction, and raffles. Most of the adults stay the whole time and bingo is very popular.

Try ebay. I just got 9,000 paper cards for $23.30, including shipping. Great deal.

Do you incorporate bingo in your family fun nights? Our Family fun night only has games for kids besides a pie and cake walk and I wold like to incorporate somthing for thee adulits to do beacuse most of the adults are in the hallways visiting and which makes them congested. If any one has any suggestions please let me know I am trying to get more parents interested some parents just drop there kids off with money and pick up in a couple hours and if we had somthing they could do maby they would stay and enjoy.

Bingo isn't regulated in our state, at least not in instances of non-profits (didn't realize that it had to be until recently in other states) but you can get supplies at www.bingodabber.com/

If Bingo is regulated in your state (which it probably is), then the agency providing oversight also probably regulates who you can buy supplies from. So for example, here's our list in Texas.
www.lottery.state.tx.us/bingo/mdssp.cfm

When we needed supplies last April, I called several of these. The big problem was that they generally sell the sheets by the case, so you might have to buy a box with 10,000 green, one with 10,000 blue, etc.

However one of the suppliers was very helpful and told me they had a couple of open cases that were being discontinued, so they sold me a mixed case of two or three different color for almost nothing since we were a non-profit/school.

So, first I'd find out if you have to buy from someone licensed, then just start calling. They'll probably either have what you want or be able to make suggestions.

P.S. Be careful about what you ask for/get. As I recall, one of the most common choices was pads of bingo papers with the colors alternating. But if you wanted to do a game with all green, then all blue, etc., it would take a lot of time to tear off the papers and re-sort by color.
