Church Supper Chili

21 pounds Ground beef; brown -- drain
9 cans Pork and beans w/juice
9 cans Kidney beans; drained 16oz ea
9 cans Tomatoes w/juice; cut up-28oz ea
9 cans Tomato sauce -- 29oz ea
3 pounds Onions -- chop fine
7 1/2 cups Celery w/leaves -- chop fine
9 large Green peppers -- chop fine
9 Bay leaves
2 tablespoons Salt
5 tablespoons Chili powder
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Ground cumin
1 tablespoon Cayenne
Combine all of the ingredients in 3 large kettles.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 hours. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
Yield 18 quarts.
