This is intended for a family for a family fun night. We won't charge for bingo, but we had talked about having a jar out for donations. I will check on the liscense issue though.
I don't know if your state requires it but you might want to check with your Town Hall to check if you need a special permit to hold a Bingo Night. Some towns require that. Thats all I can think of.
We're about to sponsor our first bingo night. We've planned hotdogs and drink. The chorus will do a 7-minute performance. All of the bingo supplies are in order. Servers have signed up. The numbers caller is ready. Is there anything left out. Do we need people to monitor cards while the game is being played. What have I left out here. Any suggestions out there, please let me know.
