Thanks so much for the great suggestions, we took up the donations idea and ran with it and we got many donations from local stores and dunkin donuts and we are able to pull it off!!! Thank you soooooo much for all your help
I don't know where you are from, but some bigger grocery stores should be willing to help. Places like Farmer Jacks. Also check with Tim Horton's, sometimes local businesses are willing to participate and take a tax deduction at the same time. Good Luck!
What about making your own donuts? I have a very simple recipe for a cake type donut that you fry in oil and then toss in cinnamon and sugar. They are very yummy especially when they are still warm.
