Sounds like this was set up as a personal account and Facebook provides these instructions for your to convert it to a Facebook page: www.facebook.com/help/116067818477568. If it's set up as a Facebook page, others will be able to view your page and post to it.
I have recently taken over our PTO's communications on FB & I am wondering if the last volunteer set our page up wrong. It seems more like a personal page & I am unable to pin posts etc. We also have it as private, approved friends only because we post photos of the kids on there, but I notice that most of yours are public...any thoughts on that? If it's a personal page, how do I change it without reinventing the wheel? TIA for your time & help! (LesPTO)
