I'm interested in doing a campaign (like the 2 Hour Power) next year and really tracking the number of hours our volunteers contribute. We have a monthly teacher breakfast where volunteers contribute breakfast items (some store-bought, some homemade) for the breakfast. Do any of you "convert" donated items into volunteer hours? I know that giving time doesn't work with every parent's schedule, so many opt to donate items in this way.

If you do convert, what's the "rate"?
