We just started one. I think it will be a good way to get the word out.

We started one a year ago and it's been wonderful. We used to use a yahoo list for email updates etc which we still use for those not on FB. I love the FB page though....

We opened a Face Book and it was going GREAT! Until our principal asked downtown and they made us remove it:( As long as your not posting pictures of the students it is a great way to talk w/ folks that don't come to the meetings...But some school boards don't like them.........

We too, have a FaceBook. I like that we can post any and all information we need to get out to the community using it- simply. Of course, this isn't our sole method of communication, but since there is a very large FB community- it's an effective tool to use along side of phone calls and printed materials.
