Wde have used Innisbrook for 5 years. They use name brand products, pack by student, and we have NEVER had a problem with delivery/orders or anything. More than half of our parents use this service....
Yes! It is a great fundraiser. We have used Staples: School Kitz. They will package them with all the supplies per grade. They will even seperate by boy /girl if necessary. All are labeled with each childs name. Our school kits also have hand santizer, wipes, kleenex, etc. This was a huge success for us.
The school supply fundraiser concept is a great idea. The key to a successful fundraiser is timng and most importantly communication to parents. For the students that are returning next year send a flyer home notifying the parents of the upcoming school supply fundraiser event or an e-mail before the end of the school year. To create interest with parents on the go - have a creative lead in sentence example, "All in One, Stop Shop for School Supplies While Supporting the Arts and Education Program". State intention and purpose of the fundraiser - put specific goals the monies will be allocated to and/or use clip art to communicate to parents. The clip art may catch the children's attention which will be passed on to the parent. Display the School Supplies in your school. Create excitement with the Principal, Teachers, Parents and Children. For the first time children entering the school for the upcoming year add a flyer to their Welcoming Package or send an e-mail a few weeks before the start of school to introduce the event and the PTO. Create excitement thru communication. Wishing you great success on your up and coming event.
Best Regards,
Kelli

Help! Next year we have decided as a Fundraiser to offer Back to School Supplies already boxed up for parents to buy. We will have them organized per school grade. How would we get started and what schould we do?
