The prinicpal of our school is extremely difficult to work with. The issues are a mile long. She is sometimes unwilling to do the most simple thing like forward an email from our school association to the teachers to ask them to volunteer for a fundraiser. The funny thing is that she has done it numerous times in the past for other reasons.
How do you deal with a prinicpal who isn't willing to help you out?
