Hi all - I've just shared a sample of the excel spreadsheet we use to track our volunteers on the file exchange, but I'm wondering if there are any other volunteer forms and samples I could look at.
How are you all sending information out to your volunteers and the committee chairs? Do you give each chair only the volunteers for their area, or the whole list (privacy issues and all).
I know this site offers a volunteer tracking function, but I don't think my school wants to pay the annual fee....
We have 800+ students at the school, and generally receive around 200 forms back over the summer (which I enter, track and share with each committee chair). I'd love to make my job a little easier with better formats. (I'm really asking if I can stop sorting all the data and let the chairs look through the master file for their people....Or run the sorts themselves at home.)
