I have been searching all over the web and this site - does anyone have guidelines on how to be a chairperson or run a PTO committee?
This is the first year that our school is going to have volunteers run the committees for the ice cream social, book fair, etc... I would like to be able to hand them basic "running a school committee booklet" with the dos and don'ts.
