I would suggest you call PTOtoday and ask them if they have PTO info in Spanish. They have answered me same day or next at latest either via return phone call or e-mail. They are great at this. Call 1-800-644-3561
I have been trying to get two PTO's off the ground for the last three years. I am bilingual, but my spanish is not that great to adequately explain the importance and benefits of being PTO members and Parent volunteers. Is there anyone that has information on PTO's that is in Spanish? I've been asked by the ESL Coordinator that has ESL classes in our school building to come talk to the mothers about PTA/PTO. I would like to do a visual board with information in Spanish (as well as an English one too) to take up to them. If anyone has any resources they can send my way, it would be greatly appreciated. I am wearing several hats right now and feel just about ready to quit on several different levels because the involvement is not there and it is really needed. We have our principal out for another couple of weeks, and also our secretary is out and have people temporarily in their places--so I find myself doing a lot of support for the office staff that leaves me with so little time and more responsiblities.
