Meeting theme Help

Love it! I am using this theme for the poster for our table at open house!

You all are so creative!

I am going to put a puzzle picture of our school in the center with smaller puzzles of our events around it. At the very top will be puzzle pieces by themselves of the PTO Volunteers. At the bottom, where it asks if you are a piece of the missing puzzle, blank pieces.

We used the puzzle theme this past year, our volunteer board was "Help us complete the puzzle...volunteer today" we had cut out Big puzzle pieces and then had pictures of volunteers all over it.
To tie in with our first meeting I had an activity that divided the meeting attendance into four groups, they were all given a puzzle (no picture of what it was) and we raced to see who won first. It teaches team work and was alot fo fun, then for thank you notes I made thank you post cards, cut them all apart and put them in an envelope...thanking them for being a piece of the puzzle.

If you are doing alot of the puzzle pieces, then I would list even the smallest involvement opportunity, such as having lunch with their child, attending PTA/O or School Board meetings, making copies for the office or teachers.
If you aren't doing very many, then just go with the larger or more generic opportunities, such as helping in the classroom or for a parent group function or event.
I like that theme alot. I've never thought about a yearly theme, might be interesting. Could you share some from past years? Thanks.

Maybe the different committees or the different events you'll be doing with the points of contact information.

This year our theme is "Help us complete the puzzle...be involved today." We then have clipart of pieces of a puzzle together and then one piece that is off. For our meeting invitation we have on it "Are you a part of the Maryvale PTO puzzle?"
I am looking for ideas for the meeting to go with the puzzle theme. Maybe large puzzle pieces with the different ways they can be involved. Any other ideas and what I could put on the pieces.
