Too much information??

We would be willing to tell anyone anything if anyone asked. We long to have a parent body to vote on things and parents to share information with. Technically it's the parents' money, they have a right to know. If someone complains, ask if they were at the meeting where it was voted on. Chances are, they weren't.

Have to agree with the others here, if parents have problems seeing that you group pays 6000.00 a year for authors then they need to gte involved in the process, don't hide what your group actually pays for...it could work the other way as well. Parents could say wow we didnt know they paid for that!

yu will have lots less problems and quesitons and issues if you itemize. it doenst 'look right' even though it may well BE right, what you suggest.

dont all expenditures have to get approved by the parent body anyway? if yes and anyone has an issue with a specific expense line, those parents should show up to vote when appropriations come up.
