To add more questions - has there been a meeting with her and all involved? Is this an ongoing thing? Have issues tried to be addressed in the past with her? A sit down meeting with everyone may help clarify the situation for all of you. It would help to have some more information on the whole issue.

How about your bylaws, anything in there about a code of conduct? Kinda need more details as why this person needs to be removed, did she infact do something against your bylaws or is she just not liked. Did she get elected to this position?

2 sides to each story. Why is this person 'negative' in your eyes? What have they done to be categorized as a troublemaker? Many times we see posts such as this only to find that the person in question is trying to make positive changes and hitting a brick wall.
We recently had a parent step up to be Co-Vice President. This person hasn't gotten along with alot of people in our school. I really thought that she had changed and told her and the Vp that I would support them. The past two months have been hell. She talks about people and just has a negative attitude about alot of things. Last week the VP had had enough and asked her to step down. There has been so much stress I really don't know what to do. This person lies and I really don't think she is in it for the right reasons. What should we do. She will not step sown. Help
