Here's another thought...why not go straight to the source? Ask the kids what they would like their mascot to be. You'd be surprised how smart even kindergarteners are and a little ownership sure does build school spirit. You could even make it a class competition. Have each class come up with a mascot and slogan, let the whole school vote on it (or the pto), and the winning class gets recognition and a treat or something.

I was wondering if any of you creative people could help us come up with a mascot for our school. We do not have one. We are a kindergarten center the babies of the district. Our school name is Whittier. I read the posts all the time and have seen how creative some of you are. I am willing to here all ideas. Please share and help us create a logo.
