We do not have a wish list but we do have a teachers fund and each class/teacher gets a set amount each year to use as needed.
With Christmas around the corner what about hanging individual items off of the wish lists on a Christmas/Holiday tree (ornament style?) in the lobby and parents can take an item and gift it to the classroom of their choice? Adopt a ‘classroom’ or secret Santa concept. I would suggest that a teacher come up with one item per student in their classroom so all parents can participate.

I recommended a teacher wish list for us to for the teachers, I thought maybe with some of our funds we could help the teachers out with items for there classroom or for a special project they might do.. But it didn't get the response I thought would.. Does anyone do this for their teachers? There biggest gripe was the teachers aren't involved enough or don't come to the meetings, well frankly I really don't care if they come to every meeting. One lady had an idea to have the teachers come with their list and present what they wanted for their classroom and why? Does anyone do this? Let me know
