RE: Volunteer sign up sheets

For our registration week, we put our signup sheets on clipboards. They can be purchased inexpensively at WalMart. We attached click style ink pens (no lost lids or pens) with ribbon. I'd suggest that you keep the signup sheet itself very simple:

1. Name of Committee or Activity on top.
2. Number lines 1 - whatever
3. Columns for Volunteer Name, Phone #, Email Address, Child Name/Grade
4. Some groups also ask which subcommittee they'd like to help with and/or a special talent they'd bring.

In the clear plastic easel type frames (again, cheap at WalMart) you can place a printout with the Committee or Activity name, Committee Chairman/Contact Person, a description of the committee and any subcommittees, date(s) of the event and volunteer requirements.

Does anyone have ideas on making up sheets for the teachers to sign up for events. I would like to give each teacher a 30 minute time slot. Our events would include things like book fair, Santa Shop and AR store. I also need spread sheets for the volunteers as well. These things would span about a 7 day period. Thanks!!!
