We have alot of our back to school events outside. I love the idea of having everyone visit all stations. It sounds like a great way to inform people of all school activities and groups. A silly string arena would be a lot of fun also!
We are planning our very first block party for August. It's getting a bit overwhelming! We are trying to figure out how to set up. We are having a short PTO meeting first and then we will have hot dogs, drinks, sno cones, inflatables, fire truck, ambulance, & info tables like, pto, girl/boys scouts and 4-H.
For those of you who have done this before, how did you set up? All inside or outside or both?? Do you require that everyone visit all stations like a passport or scavenger hunt type thing??
