Our group uses Yahoo web hosting for $11.70 a month. We can have up to 500 email addresses associated with it and this allows us to choose a domain name that is easy to remember. I agree that you need someone who is willing to maintain the site. I spent many hours creating ours, and thought it would just take a few minutes a week to update. The problem is, I keep seeing things I'd like to change or do better, so I'm still spending a lot of time on it. We've only had it a month and it has already gained us a wider audience.
