I believe but I am not sure you would just have a meeting on it and everyone vote to have it go through. We have never had to change.
On the CO chair thing. I have to say if you have the two right people it works out great. So far for us at our school it has. The begining was a little off we didnt know each other. So we werent sure of each others strengths and weaknesses but now we have fine tuned it. Not to say that everything goes fantastic but splitting the jobs between us has worked immensely because there is so much to do.
For instance we have two major fundraisers one in Sept and another for the Holidays. Each one of takes one. Same for our Ice Cream Socials we each have one. I do all the letters that go out and she does the yearbook which balances out to all the letters. LOL
We are both running together again for next year!!!
Now days with so many of us working this works out well for everyone.
Good Luck.
If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

We are in our first year in a new school - and the school should increase in size next year to about 1200 students. My friend and I would like to run as co-presidents. The bylaws do not allow this at this time...our question, can we ammend the bylaws to allow this - if so how..and if anyone else has tried this and how has it worked for them?
