We are a small school and are in the process of creating a new pto. We are setting up our own 501 c3 status and will have our own bank account. Largely because of this, we are experiencing some resistance from some members of the school staff because they don't want to lose control over the fundraising monies. We are ready to move ahead with our plans, but don't want to alienate the school staff. My question is, did anyone else experience anything similar :confused: and how did they deal with it?
