So far I've seen trying dinner at a mtg (or catered snacks), tying a theme (ie. Heritage, Art show, Talents show, Magician) to your mtg's, offering childcare (ie. HS Keyclub, Teachers, YMCA, HS sport team), have an agenda (even make it available bfore hand or online), make 'em stick to the agenda, socialize with as many parents as possible. And have fun..!!
