Ours has our school name & PTO on the front. A line to put the families name underneath. On the back we put our entire PTO schedule of events.

We call ours a "Privlege card" and it gets you into PTO sponsored events free or at a discount. We sell them for $5.00

Our has the name of the PTO, the school year 2005-2006, presidents names, then it says a member in good standing and a line to write their signature underneath.

membership cards was created by pajacob
We have just voted to become a PTO and will be doing our first membership drive VERY soon. What info. should be on membership cards?
