The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris
Melissa, check out the Three for Me website. www.three4me.com. We are going to use this idea this year at our school. The idea came from a couple moms who wanted to increase parent involvement with their PTA. Parents pledge 3 hours of their time. Check it out. They have a CD they can send you with templates and letters. Good luck.

Hi! I'm the new PTO president at a school whose PTO is in need of a major over-haul! I would like to start off the year by sending out a parent volunteer form but desperately need help! Does anyone have such a form? I'd be grateful!!
