ok, it's starting already. Need advise! I am a new pres. and introduced the boohoo event at a meeting and all were ok with it. Ok, now I spend hours working on it and (1) person on my exec. board says we need to "VOTE" on it. I lost it!
I am keeping it under our bylaw amount of money and it is costing close to nothing. At what point can I just make decisions and not have to get everyone involved? Now I see why the last pres. didn't run everything by anyone. If is was over the 250.00 then she would ask for a vote. We are talking a lousy 50.00. And I am handling everything! Flyers and volunteers and met with the kindergarten teacher and new principal who loved the idea. I am becoming frustrated already and haven't even taken my pres. oath yet.
Do you pres. run everthing by everyone?
