If you have a group of people who are go getters and hard workers there is no reason that you can't pull this off. If the people are more laid back and tend to slack then i would say no,Ours takes about two months to plan...there are alot of great ideas on the forum! You can do it!
Can anyone tell me from PAST experience, is it to late to put on a Fall Harvest Fest for 950 kids and families? I have a team of "chairs" waiting for a decision next Friday.
I tried to put this together last spring, but our dedicated parents are so involved with our Spring Variety Show that it is just to much to do. I tried over the summer, but of course everyone is out of town. We live in Florida and with Hurricane Season I'm a bit leary.
