I heard about this guy in another thread, and while we have not yet used him, I'm going to suggest it to our group for later in the year. His name is Richard Harris, and his website is www.explosivehypnosis.com. I have corresponded by email with him, and he seems to be very professional. His "Hilarious Hypnosis Show" is supposed to be appropriate for all ages.
Year before last our PTO hired the reigning Miss Alabama to come in and talk to our kids in grades 2nd thru 4th about the importance of staying in school, and she read a story to grades K & 1st. It was well worth the money. This past year we had Ned the Yo-Yo guy to come to the school and perform, and the kids loved him. This year I am looking for something else to bring to the school, but I can't find anything that would interest our elementary students. I would love to bring in a self defense speaker, but the only one I have heard of was on America's Most Wanted, and their price was completely out of our league. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I am located in AL. Thanks, Ashley
