I was approached by a teacher who says a child in her class needs tennis shoes. the child runs track for our school and the parents can't afford to buy the child shoes. How do you all handle situations when they come up like this? One part of me wants to do it, but another part would like to refer them to another organization for help like that. Any advice is appreciated.
