Tim, Maybe the poster can email you a copy of the play and you could post it to the top message board request forum, since I am sure this is going to get a lot of "me too" postings. Just a thought:)

I love the idea of the picture taking! The kids could have their pictures taken with their friends, etc. I'm thinking maybe we could use a digital camera and have a printer set up right there so we could print them. Hmm. Have to think about how that could be done efficiently.

Thanks for the tips!

We had our 1st Winter Wonderland last year. It was a huge success. It was a potpourri of things...winter crafts(glitter mittens, wreaths/dreidels, reindeer candy canes and foam picture frames). We also had a few games (Snowball throw, Tic-Tac-Snow, Snowman bowling). Each game gave a small winter themed prize and juice and cookies were available for the taking. We charged $2 per child (to cover the cost of crafts supplies and prizes). We also charged $2 for a polaroid picture taken in front of a winter scene. This was by no means a money maker. We basically broke even. But it was a fun night and was well received by all in attendance.

We are now planning our 2nd annual Winter Wonderland.
