I would guesstimate we have gotten around 50 or so back. That is a very good number for us. We've also had some good comments positive and negative which, I think will be helpful for the upcoming year. I am very pleased.

I saw your post that you send out a survey to the families.. Is there anyway that I could get a copy of that survey? That sounds like something we could stand to do, even if it doesn't get much response.. Just to use that for future research!
