We tried Schoolpop two years ago. I won't go into detail, but we experienced nothing but heartache from them. Our rep was all but worthless and made us a deal that the company didn't follow through on.
We've had nothing but good experiences with SchoolPop. I firmly believe that the Representative will make or break a company's reputation. Discuss the issues with the rep and maybe another customer service rep (other than the initial rep).
Have you met with the rep to discuss the issues you are having? I mean in person. I have learned (and seen with my husband) that on the phone and in person are SO different! In person you can show him so many things that went wrong or you have questions about. Also it can be a good way to see if it is the chair or rep, you know where did the event fail?
Our school had a hard time with ENtertainmant book sales one year and sat down with everyone involved and it was the chairperson in the end. I personnaly would have loved to been a little mouse in that "round table discussion!" sorry too much info
Just curious if anyone has ever worked with this company before? This is our first year with them, and we are very unhappy.
When we started, the program we originally got involved with was Technology 4 Kids. They got bought out by Fundever and then they were bought by School Pop.
My board and I are trying to figure out if it is the individual rep or the company we are truly unhappy with. We have already established we are unhappy with our committee chair handling the program.
Any feedback would be great.
