How you ever done Breakfast with Santa? We did this for the first time last year. We also had Santa's Secret Shop set up and our TRT took pictures with Santa. We had a polaroid camera and a digital camera which we use to make ID carts with. The other elementary school uses pancakes but we thought that Santa would prefer sausage and biscuits so he wouldn't get his beard sticky. Year before last we had a florist to come to the PTO meeting and paint the names of kids on Xmas ornaments.

We are looking for some unique ideas for celebrating our parent involvement. Our Title I program always does workshops which do not seem to bring out many parents. I was thinking of doing something different. Maybe with a Christmas theme?
