Our current principal is retiring this June and we are currently looking for a new principal. As President of the PTO at our school, the district called and asked me to serve on the preliminary principal interview committee.......which takes place tomorrow!!!!!!!! I had emailed my whole PTO team to have them arm me with questions......but I haven't gotten more than 2 or 3 questions.....and I've been racking my brain so much that it is now MUSH! If you were given the opportunity to prequalify a new principal, can you give me some good questions to ask? Both PTO and NON PTO related.
