We have continued to send out invitations, requests, you are invited, join us, you name it a variety of note cards to posters and still very little response. I still find that a phone call, personal email, face to face personal invitation works best. We have a membership committee with whom I encourage to make personal invites from the grocery story to the soccer game keep talking PTO! The more response we have the more we can share this work load! Hint Hint! I do believe sometimes we focus to much on numbers and not enough on the members that are attending. Find that member a job! I do hear on occassion that "no one every ask me to help"! Boy, did that remind us not to leave anyone out. Sometimes the one you least expect; will work the best! Good Luck & Don't give up trying!!
