Most likely, your school district has a disaster plan in place should the "unthinkable" occur. You may wish to reference the various categories addressed in that plan and determine if the parent association needs to devise any supplimentary plan to dove-tail with the district's plan.
I can tell you that it would be very helpful if the board members had cell phone numbers for each other, the committee chairs, and the school principal. If electricity is knocked out due to inclement weather, having home phone numbers only will be useless.
**Paper clips for when you really need to hold it all together.
**A rubber bouncy ball so you remember to bounce back when difficulty hits (or, a good analogy I heard once would work here, too...in the same bag a glass marble and a rubber bouncy ball to help them remember that there are things that can be dropped and they'll be okay (the bouncy ball) and things that if they're dropped they break (the marble))
**A frame for their kid's picture to remind them why they're doing what they do
