The winds of change won't be blowing for us for another 9 years--part of the crew now has got kindergartners coming in next year, and the ones that are leaving are making sure they have their friends with younger children set to take over when they leave.
I don't think I have EVER been as depressed over the whole situation at my school as I am now.
We are now going though this increduble change because "they" are GONE! With a huge change in Admin alot of the old ways are getting huge face lifts, changes or just not being done!

Kma- you're always nice. As you always say- so sweet butter can melt in your mouth! Unlike me, I'm Irish and always up for a good fight. And with a mouth like mine, there's no way butter will melt in there.
As far as our Super goes, he needs to take off his rose colored glasses and face reality. As ugly as that my be, thats what he needs to do, or get a job elsewhere.
As far as the ladies, and I use that word loosely, at your school go, not only have most of them been hit with the ugly stick, but they have big bugs up their butts about you. It's all because you happen to be a "doer" while they sit around and only wish they could get things accomplished. You and your group have done wonderful things for that school and should be very proud of that fact. They are a bunch of angry, miserable people who should be left alone. Stay far away from them. That kind of ugliness only breeds more ugliness. Your better than that. I've said this to you before and will say it again, come over to the dark side. You've witnessed first hand how we operate and what we're all about. And to boot, we like you!! KMA- come to the dark side, become one of us, you'll like our cult better, we're nicer and we haven't been hit with the ugly stick!!
