I know it seems very early but most big organizations want 3 months notice for donations. So, summer is definately not too soon.

I would also love the addresses for your donations. I am hosting an event in the Fall and this would be wonderful.
Another question.. is it good to start requesting donations now in the summer for an event that will take place in October?? Or is it better to wait until later?
