Hi, here is what we sent out this year, sorry the heading/address is messed up, but it is on PTA letterhead, the school didn't want us to use their letter head, it was just easier to make some up on the computer. We got pretty good response to our letter. Feel free to email me if you would like a copy of this in word that you can play with. Good luck, maggie

I'm chairing our spring carnival and need a really good donation letter. What are some things to say or not to say in a letter. Also, is it best to use school letter head? Do we personalize each letter like:
To:_________
____________
____________
From: _______
Date:_________
or do we just say To whom it may concern:?
