We tried a cookbook fundraiser last year. Even with a great price that included color student artwork (a member's brother in law printed it) we just broke even. It's not so much the recipes that sell it, but the kids' art contributions. It's a great "fun" thing to do, but I'd recommend to NOT do it as a fundraiser, unless you have an extraordinarily supprotive school and community. Our cookbook looked amazing, and had great recipes, but....
We did a cookbook for our church last year using Morris Cookbooks. You can enter your recipes online. So 6 or 8 ladies worked and put in over 500 recipes. We've made good money from them. We've discussed doing one at school. Hopefully, that will be in the works next year.
