I have a friend who is part of a non-profit group that was using Staples as a fundraiser for their children's school. They told me it was taking up to 4 months to receive a check! They found a great program that they've been using for the last 6 months. They can't say enough about this company. Everything is totally free! They provide boxes and pay for all the shipping, and they receive their checks weekly! You should check them out, they're called Funding Factory. The website is www.fundingfactory.com.
Has anyone else been involved in the printer cartridge recycling program/contest that Staples set up this fall? We are having a heck of a time reconciling our cartridge count with them and getting the money we are due. It's clear to us that they never expected the deluge of cartridges that a contest for $25,000 (yup!) would bring. They keep delaying the date to announced the contest winner. We are lucky to have two moms really dedicated to our cartridge recycling program, but they are at their wits end trying to get cooperation with Staples. Any advice?
