I too was given a sample of this product. I can't remember which company it was. And it was terrible tasting. Not to mention you had to add butter and water into it and mix it up then bake it. It would be just as easy to make them from scratch for all the mess you have to make in the kitchen and they would taste much better, too!
I personally tried this and didn't like the dry mix. Once I dumped it out of the bucket and into my own bowl I was quick to see that it was the same amount as the dry ingredints if you were going to make your own. Then you are instructed to blend the eggs, butter and etc into it--alot harder then it sounds. Easier to just beat the eggs etc. before adding the dry ingredients...of yeah--then you would be making cookies from scratch! It just saves scooping out your own flour and sugar!
At the PTO show in Philly last April, there was a booth that had cookie dough that did not require refrigeration. I lost the contact information and wonder if I can get the name and or phone number of the company and any feedback on the quality of the product? Thanks
