No crab legs? :( If they do taste better on the coast, I would be in heaven!

For your entertainment you could have gather some kids to do skits. When are you having it? How about a local band? Perhaps a little art exhibit from the kids? A talent show? A play from local college kids?...

WOW that would be a seafood allergy nightmare for this gal so I'll stay here in Denver!

Just saw the weather report though and will keep your event in my thoughts! Are you near the coast at all that a hurricane would be really bad?Not that it wouldn't be but....crips you know what I mean!

When the church does it pancake dinner, since it's inside no worries of outsiders coming. Could you have a clever stamp for hands to show they are paid? Other than that my husband (he's over my shoulder) said lots of bibs! Duh honey. ;)
Sounds better than a pancake dinner!
May the force be with ya! ;) :D

We are planning a First Annual Seafood Festival for our small private school in NC. We are lucky and have 2 families at the school that own seafood companies. I am looking to see if anyone has done anything like this and would like any and all ideas. We plan to do a $25.00 all you can eat, fish, scallops, oysters, clams, cole slaw, bolied potatoes, and hushpuppies. It will be held on a Saturday 11-5pm Would like to have entertainment as well. Any ideas???
