I agree! We placed 2 orders the first week of August and still have not received order or our refund. Changed to GL and have been very pleased. Was told refund would be mailed in 3-4 weeks and we are still waiting. NSC was always pleasant to work with but when they started having problems I feel they were not up front with their customers and should of notified us regarding their problems & delays. Our scrip program would not be a success if our parents had to wait more than 4-5 days to receive their order. Everyone be careful if using them! :eek:
We just change to Great Lakes but no problems whatsoever. I few backorders but that's normal for the Christmas holiday and they've arrived within the week.
Be careful of this company. Recent changes include much fewer vendors, and much longer shipping times. Major Disappointment. They promised to process our credit on the next order--Promised three times but somehow always forgot. I think they are in major trouble. Backorders galore!!!! Just changed to Great Lakes Scrip and am optimistic for much better service.
