Good communication is a must. We use e-mail as main communication method as it's all documented and saves time. Food should be provided or at least bottled water and coffee.
Principal and teachers sign-on is also crutical.
Don't forget all the legal issues like gambling license, use of venue forms etc.
Make no mistake, it's a huge undertaking. You would be best served to ask someone locally if they would be a mentor to you. Since you say you have been to others, use them as a guide to model yours after.

I am setting up a Tricky at My school for the first time ever!! I am very excited about This. i have been to previous tricky Trays and have seen how well they worked out. I wnated toknow any advice anyone had on solicting ofr donations, ticket pricing, types of prices, organiztaion, refreshments, and just how much time you need to plan!
