Our school has always allowed everyone who participated to attend the party. We only do this the last fundraiser of the year. Alos, only our school it's self does catalog sales. PTO is responsible for the other fundraising.
Out of roughly 500 kids last year, maybe 100 max. were at the party. Alot of the parents here do not believe in fundraising through catalogs or their chilren's direct sales.

DO NOT let everyone come!!! We tried that one year and it worked great. The problem was the next year b/c the kids are smarter than us, our sale dropped $5,000. The kids knew that even if they didn't sell, they would get to come. We don't even do mega parties anymore...a prize brochure works better for us!
