Thank you ladies! I feel better now knowing this is the norm. I did send them an email this morning but have not heard back from them yet.
I just got nervous when I saw the earnings were all updated on December 15th and we showed as earning nothing.
We submitted labels and have not been given credit for the earnings or received a check. We've been doing Box Tops for 3 years (I think) and haven't received credit ontime or a check when expected the last 2. They seem to be getting worse every year.

I've talked to Box Tops this week about both their online shopping and VISA programs. During those conversations, I also asked about the current checks for labels and was told that they began cutting checks December 15 and the process would continue until all checks were issued. And their web site does say that you might receive your check before the site reflects your earnings. But the person on the phone was able to report accurately what our records showed we had submitted in October.
We have never had a problem with receiving a check for labels; I think the process takes a while. In our records for last year, I show the Fall Submission check was deposited on January 4. If you have a concern, call Box Tops at 1-888-799-2444.
We sent our labels to box tops before this last cut off date in October. I see that they updated the school earnings page on December 15th. We still have not received a check nor is there any indication under our school of any money earned when it was updated on December 15th.
Has anyone else submitted labels for the last October date that has not been paid yet either?
