Has anyone ever done or seen a survey done of parents asking them to evaluate the fundraising activities done that school year so fundraising events can be planned or deleted for the next school year?
I want to ask questions to see if they would prefer a couple large events instead of bunches of small events that are always going on, what they think about the monthly events like "restaurant nights" (where the local pizza place give the school 50 cents for every person who comes or an ice cream place donates 10% of sales one day a month, etc.).
I'm looking for ideas or sample surveys you might have seen.
