missa, can you explain your jar mixes? You are making the mixes and filling the jars then selling them? How are you advertising them? How many do you plan to make? how will you pay for the ingredients? How much time do you think will be involved?
So many questions........
We do a small fundraiser in the fall to get us started, with all money going to the PTO, it is Sonic? Mazzio card sales. We also do a Fal festival which includes a silent auction. Next year we are replacing the silent auction with a Christmas tree auction. In the spring we do a frozen fundraiser with all money going to classrooms. We do a lot of hit and miss 50 cent fundraisere throughout the year. Candy cane Ograms, Boo O grams, Egg O grams, Kiss O Grams, popcorn at lunch. It seems like a lot, but no one seems to mind. They are not expensive, and the kids love them. Next year when we do our Christmas tree auction, we are going to do a jar sale. we bought the jar cookbooks from schoolmate, and will be putting together jar mixes to sell for $5 a jar. It's cheaper than cookie dough and more personal.
We only do a handful of fundraiser just curious how many everyone else does? All that I know we've done is a silent auction/ dinner -- holiday shop in December -- Candy Gram for valentines day
They say we can't do much because of all the fundraiser going on in the school..Need some new ideas--going to start putting together the stuff for next year next month...HELP
