I've received several communications too along with a large Christmas tree magnet. While it is cute, I just can't imagine this would be a bigger seller at our school. Good luck with it, I hope you do well, but I just don't understand the concept behind this, what would make people buy it?? Seems like in our area, parents don't want any more "stuff" they would rather buy stuff that gets used up like gift wrap, food, etc.
I guess it all depends on school population. But if you only sold 50 sets, that means that only 12.5 kids sold 4 sets. I think parents grandparents, and neighbors would buy more, but maybe that's just my area...who knows. I will let you know how it goes.
Hi! I have received several mailings from them. We personally have never done them. So I do not have experience with this company. However I have looked the fundraiser over and while I am sure you can make some money with them I highly doubt you can make $10,000 with it. If my memory serves me correctly you make $5 off each magnet set sold. At that rate you would have to sell 2,000 magnet sets in order to make $10,000. In my school of about 375 kids we would be lucky if we could sell 50 sets of magnets.
Well I had something on here that was deleted so I guess I will ask it again. I got a mailing from the ten k fr, about having magnets as a fundraiser. Our school signed up, and I was just wondering if anyone has done this fundraiser before and what some of the school spirit magnets looked like. I was also curious about the easter magnets. We got some cool samples, but it was a birthday magnet, and I was more interested in the holidays. Have any of you recieved the mailings from tenkfr? Thanks
